Got 2 tickets at 230 euros each(curva b at 60 euros originally) to see Napoli-Frankfurt.Travelled from Malta and spent another 300 each in accomodation and trains. We were stopped by the stewards who declared our tickets fake.(The e ticket was on our name but when they scanned it,it was on another name)..We were held for more than an hour by stewards and police and we had to sign a statement(which is our proof luckily),but it was a total humiliation.The authorities told us that if we were Italian,we would also be charged 160 euros fine each. I asked them for an immediate refund and got no reply,so my lawyer will file a dispute with bank and with tribunal so we get all the money we spent back… Please,if you have been defrauded by this company,find a lawyer who will demand all expenses back.
