Scamming website. Do not use.Purchased 2 concert tickets for my friends birthday. Seatsnet reassured and guaranteed my tickets would arrive before the concert start all day. However, the concert started and my ticket hadn’t arrived. I was told i would receive a refund. It has now been a month and seatsnet are not responding to my refund enquiries.
