GRAND SLAM/GRAND SCAM ROLAND-GARROS 2023 Purchased French Open tickets several months ago. After many messages for weeks ensuring us that the tickets would arrive 1-3 days prior to event. 3 tickets arrived 2 hours after the gates had opened. Tickets were priced at 110€ however we purchased them for a much higher price. Two tickets had the same seat number which was our initial concern. As we had our tickets scanned all three were refused. After entering the ticket office, it seemed our tickets had been cancelled and resold to someone else as the names didn’t match. In fact the staff at the ticket office said our names had been changed three days prior to the event. A very stressful and cruel experience. To be constantly trying to get answers to why the tickets hadn’t been sent and then to receive them on the day. Then, to find out you had been scammed. Official paperwork has been completed at Roland Garros about this ‘company’ and this has now been reported. A cruel and shocking experience that has been created by some who show no humanity and just want to steal money.
