I bought 2 tickets on seatsnet for Arsenal v Leeds last Saturday. The e-tickets were supposed to be emailed to me before 8pm on Friday evening but were emailed to me only 30 minutes before kick off and when I got to the gate I was told that someone had already used them. I believe that the tickets were sold twice! I tried to contact them for 4 hours on Saturday morning but conveniently no representatives were available. I am currently seeking a refund although seatsnet have said that I need to provide proof that the tickets had already been used! DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS.
