The tickets have to be sent at our hotel in 1week. They’ve never asked the adress and there is no room on the website to enter it.Trying to call them since 3 days and it is impossible. I tried on phone, email, messenger. No answer and after reading all comments I think I was scammed. Do you guys have some advice to reach them? On WhatsApp for example? Thank you for your help.
