I dont know how I ended up subscribing them–might be via Facebook or SlideShare (to download some slides). Even the email registered with them was never verified. I was charged for 15 months and I never opened this website (not even a once). They never send me any receipt or email or whatever, so how can I know I am being charged. PSThanks to team, which refunded me 6 months, but wtill I paid another 9 months without use. They need to send emails to customers for monthly billing so they know about subscriptionsUnfortunately, this is norm that we dont see our credit cards’ statements in detail and scammers like scribd, keep taking people ‘s money. I alarm all of you to keep away from this company. Pl boycott their services for stealing other’s money.
