This is a complete scam. All it did was send a text message to the lost phone, which anyone could do. It doesn’t give the location or the lost phone of GPS coordinates. The initial fee is 0.89 cent and after 24 hours they charge €59, which is not clearly stated. The €59 is applied before the 24 hour cancellation period with no refund even if you cancel in time. Customer service is of no assistance and will deny the facts. See other one star reviews highlighting this issue. I notice the usually respond to negative reviews but have no interest in resolving the matter.
