This is a scam. Don’t throw your money away. They send you a letter to email to your exchange. The letters are ignored and nothing else is done. They say the document starts the dispute process but there is no dispute process. The only thing I got out of this was my exchange closing my accounts. I took a chance. I paid them $500.00 for a letter. I hope my warning will keep you from also losing more money. Scamhelp does not go after the people who cheated you. They go after your bank and your crypto exchange. They do not follow up when the exchange emails a reply to the letter. Do not fall for this.
