Unfortunately another scam company. From 6/3/23 when they took $30 I have been asking for a refund and to cancel any further payments. As an ap it DOES NOT give you anything you can use. You cannot see what you need to do, the layout is impossible to navigate, the exercises only suit someone that is already at an advanced level of exercise. There is nothing to be gained purchasing this. They argue and don’t refund. I am now discussing this with my bank as they took another payment $62.94 today. How many times of saying you want to cancel does it take?? Refund my money. Unfortunately, these scam sites mean people can’t trust to pay anything online. Oh and after reading some other reviews, they tailor the cancelation policy to get out of cancelling. To me they said I had to try it for 14 days to request a refund. To someone else they said if they try to use it they wouldnt refund. The consumer act says the product needs to be able to do what it advertises it will do, but it is all lies to get your details. My first ‘trial’ was $0 but straight after they got my details $30 was deducted, even thought I can’t use the ap and is not workable.
