They destroy business reputation without any factsOur experience with Scamadvisor is terrible. Our 2 businesses struggling because Scamadvisor gave rate of 46 and 47 without any facts and purpose. Although, I sent an email with 2 competitors and they are using same CMS platform, promoting same category of products but still no reply. I can’t understand what is the purpose lowing and destroying business reputation, especially when you are new brand which wants to scale and move forward.I have sent 2 separate forms for both brands,but you requesting “passport/ID” for the reviewing the trust score however there companies which has 100% but there other companies without verification has 100 points regardless this. We could provide company documents but not passport / ID – as we believe that sharing such case sensitive information, especially through email it isn’t ethical, you are not even bank nor financial institution. Why can’t manual review be done fairly? but your team can’t do without providing ID/passport?Our domains: viossi.com – sales @ viossi.comelagia.com – sales @ elagia.comI sent multiple emails FROM each DOMAIN WORK EMAILS and you keep sending “template email” where you ASK and push to provide passport / ID to increase the score. What is that? Manipulation? We kindly, requesting you to do manual review AS many negative points aren’t real and we don’t such staff, please review our request.
