Amazing customer service. I recently bought a product from them, but it didn’t arrive (or so I thought!). It arrived, just a little later. However, due to my limited experience of CD keys I immediately assumed I had been scammed. This was not the case, but after renewing my code I realised they had already refunded me. The team were incredibly understanding and helpful about my error, as well as fast responding.
