I just wanted to by my son a steam gift card code and I carefully watched how my son copy pasted it and it didnt work.I demand a refund.Update 2023/06/05:They sent an Email 3 hours after my complaint, I saw it the following day and responded as quickly as I could. They demanded a screenshot of my steam purchase history and steam games (I provided both).The only reply I received since then was an Email saying the information was being forwarded to the team and asked for my patience.However, until I either get my money back or a working steam code, I will not say this wasnt an unpleasant experience.Looking forward for their reply.Update 2023/06/07:Still no reply.Update 2023/06/08:I’m getting a refund.I changed this review from 1 star to 4 star because it seems like they’re not a scam site but have issues with selling steam gift cards. they obviously need to fix this, but other than that, because Im apparantly getting a refund, I think they value their integrity.
