Terrible company.Not only do they demand payment on behalf of scammers (Sixt rental car), but even when you give up and try to pay (for charges that you have proof you don’t owe, by the way) their website crashes and won’t accept payment. Then they charge interest on the late payment that THEY prevented you from making because of their terrible payment processing website. This is a ridiculous business. Stay away.Edit: A reply in German? Really? This shows how much of an effort they’re willing to make for customers. They can’t even be bothered to answer in a language their customer understands. The bill, however, was definitely in English. When they’re charging their bogus fees they can speak English.
