It is a worst online shop, RIHOAS can not be trusted at all, I will avoid and request everyone to avoid, I brought 3 dresses in Oct, the 2 dresses fitting was awful and was of poor quality, so asked them for return process, so the first shock was – Although dress is not as per the quality you expect, and if you want to return you will have to pay for return postage, in my case it was 20£.And next awful experience – I returned the items using tracked courier, they received the items but RIHOAS customer support team saying they do not find the dresses that was in the order, I have no idea what do now? And how to challenge? I consider this as fraud, they have took the dresses back but they are not giving me refund.
