Attempted to cancel my subscription/order however to do so you have to call them (no other way of addressing this). I called them on four different occasions waiting on hold for up to 30 minutes only to be hung up on each time. It’s apparent that RexMD is a scam. They certainly make it easy to order but impossible to cancel. Since I can’t cancel I’ll send their next shipment back and dispute the charges with my credit card provider.
