Absolutely disgusting customer service they don’t give a damn when they have your money they don’t care. We turned up at the airport tried to call to say we had arrived the number then says sorry we are closed. I had to hire another car from another company then come back the next day to collect my car only to find out my car had been there all along and Rentalcars had failed to give my details to the hire company who had left the key for me on site. Rentalcars are a fraudulent company do not use them we are still currently £140 out of pocket due to their incompetence. Avoid avoid avoid. Disgraceful.
