Be careful with this company! I have used their service and subscribed to their standard plan since it was written that you’ll get access to 80+ voices. Little did I know that you only get a few voices in English, and most of them are not even good. The next day, I asked for them to cancel my subscription and refund my money since I was not happy with the service. They offered a free upgrade to Pro, but I told them that I did not want any free upgrades. I just want to cancel my subscription and get my money back. They quickly cancelled my account, but the following day, when I checked my account, much to my surprise, I was charged a large amount by Revoicer. There was no email or receipt. I was already not satisfied with what I got; the ad they put out is tricky, and now I have been charged an amount that I do not know where it came from. They told me that I subscribed for a standard 2-year subscription, which is not true since there was no option for a 2-year subscription. The issue has not been resolved yet. I was thinking that I may use their service again in the future, but after this, I’m done with Revoicer. This company is a scam!
