I signed my business up to this company and asked for onboarding. They conveniently claimed that onboarding videos were available to people who signed up on the 5th of May and later, but as I signed up on the 4th of May, I was not eligible. To receive onboarding support, I needed to upgrade to their professional plan.I explained I was actually signing up TWO businesses with their platform so was surely worth supporting. I was then ignored. I tried calling instead – no answer on their phonelines.I really don’t like Trustpilot as they knowingly host fake reviews and promote unethical companies, but I definitely can’t rate reviews.io either because their customer service is an abomination (/non-existent) and the whole thing feels like a scam.
