They took my money in the middle of the night. I didn’t realize that this is a phone only app. (And only for iphones!) I can’t use my phone because I have an eye condition and the type is too small. They refused a refund and tried to get me to accept a beta version. They then lied to facebook and paypal about my having already accessed their services. I had not. There was a lot of gaslighting and blaming. I was rather proud of myself for keeping my cool and not cussing them out, because boy did they deserve it. This company is simply a scam. Other people who actually did download it notice that it’s simply a calorie counter. They don’t give refunds, ever. And they are not honest in their advertising.
