As others have said, this is a total scam. I signed up for the one month just to see what it is like – it is not as advertised. It is totally APP based which they don’t tell you when signing up. Apparently the APP shows you recipes which you can put in a hard to read (in fact I never found it) shopping list. Easier to just get a recipe book out and make your own list! It appears to be health driven but the health advice is non existent. It feels like this is a failed student project. The customer helpline is awful – I even got told off and had one chat deleted and was asked to ‘keep to one thread please’. As it wasn’t as advertised I asked for my money back less than an hour of signing up and of course they have disappeared and are not answering. Totally unethical and preying on menopausal women. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Will be reporting to trading standards.
