    I am also experiencing the problem others have stated. Program is difficult to follow. I paid the initial fee and realized I was out of $72 so I swallowed the loss. BUT then 6 months later I was slammed with a $99 auto renew. Very unexpected and very angry as customer service is a joke. I was also offered half back. Why would I want to pay another $50 for something I am not going to use? Now they put me off to talk to the accounts manager to see about a full refund. What a scam!! I am so sorry I did not read these reviews before I signed up in the first place. I will accept the loss of the original fee as that was my fault but I will NOT accept anything other than a full refund for the 2nd charge.
