    *Edit…I got in touch with the help desk as recommended below and got an automated reply that addressed not one of my issues. I remove my one star rating to 0 stars, this company is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I signed up for this and immediately regretted it as it didn’t suit me at all. I resigned myself to having made a stupid purchase and losing money and forgot about it until today…when £99 has been taken out of my account with no prior warning.At this point, so very many months (I’m not sure but between 6-12 months) from the initial sign up, it’s literally thievery, had I been asked via email/text then there’s no way I would have approved the payment (as they well know).My email has not been replied to yet and, judging by the other reviews, it won’t be but I’ll be reporting them and putting a stop on my bank account so that they can’t steal anymore of my money…..disgusting morals from any company but especially in the current climate. It is your DUTY to make sure that customers (i.e. the people you’ve already scammed) are aware that you’re going to keep taking money.Frankly, with my husband unable to work because of his terminal cancer diagnosis, I need to keep a hold of the money I have…..thanks for absolutely nothing.
