I signed up to get the resume once for the $2 something fee then cancel. I forgot to cancel until I was charged again, then I immediately cancelled online. A month later, I was charged $24 again after cancelling online. I called and they said I hadn’t cancelled and kept trying to offer me more things at “discounted rates” whenever I tried to cancel my account. The customer service people only wanted to sell me things and confuse me rather than allow me to understand and describe what happened. I feel like I have been scammed and I would not suggest anyone else to sign up for this.
