Scammed. It’s on me for not reading the fine print but I’m out $650 dollars from these jerks. They told me they can refund 3 months worth. Talked to a customer service rep and heard loud cars in the background and people screaming and something that sounded like a sledgehammer. Who knows what kind of operation they’re running. It’s based out of Puerto Rico, but who even knows. So sketchy. Do not give them your credit card info. And I already know what the response will be: Our apologies for any misunderstanding; please know that all users must agree to our terms upon registration before submitting a purchase. To clarify, our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We have a continuous billing feature that charges the credit card on file after the 14-day trial expires and every four weeks afterward unless they choose to cancel the subscription beforehand. If no cancellation request was sent before the trial period, the account is enrolled into a monthly subscription at the regular price. The auto-renewal information is listed in multiple areas, like our plans page, the payment information page, and your welcoming email, which confirms the 14-day trial purchase and a detailed overview of your new subscription. We hope that this helps clear any confusion.
