Would have rated 5 stars if it weren’t for the scammy charges that I continue to receive despite cancelling 2 months ago. Have reached out NUMEROUS times. Was told I wasn’t charged and that my account was canceled back in December, which was a lie. I was charged January and February. (2nd time being the day I was speaking with the person) Was told to contact my bank which I have done to file a fraud dispute. Was emailed today by resume now saying I would receive 11 dollars back because I have a subscription…. LIES (canceled 2 months prior WITH CONFIRMATION FROM EMPLOYEES when I canceled and again 2 DAYS AGO WHEN I REACHED OUT REGARDING THIS), less than half of one of the charges… was told by 3 different employees my account was canceled december 20th and I wouldn’t be charged again. Had to cancel in the first places because I was being double charged and they would tell me I was only charged once and would refuse to refund me for the DOUBLE charge. Again lies. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life, but all I can say is I would absolutely not recommend this company. Seems like once you cancel they will continue to charge you regardless in hopes you won’t notice. Don’t fall for it like I did!
