Like many others have said, this company is a total scam. I thought I was making my reservation through the hotel, as it was the first link in my search (this part was my fault – I did not verify). However, with “taxes and fees,” my $500 reservation based on room rate ended up being $699. I spent HOURS on the phone speaking with several different people, and was never given a straight answer on what all the additional fees were for. All I asked for was a refund for the difference in their fees and actual hotels fees and taxes. I never got it. Please pay attention when you are searching and making reservations.
