Do NOT use this company! They are scam artists and they will rip you off. I thought I was booking a room directly with the motel,not knowing I was booking through these people. Cancelled reservation immediately and was charged anyway. After 5 months,and 8 calls was told that I had to cancel before 1am on 8/16/22 when I didn’t make the reservation until 10:15am on 8/16/22 ( how is that even possible?) I have a valid cancellation number from them at 10:38 am that same day.
