Similar to what others have said- I clicked on the “book now” on the hotel website and this popped up. I thought I was booking through the hotel. The price per night quoted was similar to what the hotel had quoted me, but in USD not CAD, and there was 30% taxes and fees added, cancellation fee was not mentioned under cancellation policy – only saw all of this in the email *after* booking. They list it in the email as if it had been clear all along!! In the end the price was 55% more than what it would have been through the hotel. This feels like a straight up scam. I cancelled but will lose the $70 cad. It basically feels like they stole $70 from me. Please be careful
