They are not transparent about their hidden fees/policies in the online booking nor in the itinerary, you receive once you book.I chose the price of the guaranteed free cancellation prior to our arrival. When I attempted to adjust the dates with a customer service representative, they indicated that I had to cancel my booking with them, and reschedule, my reservation price increased substantially and I had to pay another reservation counter fee. This is completely false and misleading, as the itinerary clearing states “You can cancel free of charge” – “we do not charge any additional changes or cancellation fees”.Call the hotel directly or use another company. Such a horrible experience. The customer service representative clearly said, on the phone “I don’t know why you are making this so difficult”. Really? When I booked online it clearly said – to adjust or cancel my booking free of charge until a certain point. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT – THEY SCAM & MISLEAD.Nowhere did their itinerary state what this customer service representative told me on the phone.As a business owner – I am appalled by this experience.
