Couldn’t get closer to a scam.I understand you may be desperate to find a flat in amsterdam but don’t use rentola. I created an account to find a flat. Found a house, cancelled the account, and they continued charging me. The costumer service is non existent, but they work long enough to send you debt to a debt collectors who will charge you an extra 40 euros. I’ve contacted them numerous times to no avail. I will be proceeding with legal advice.
