So once again this company is a complete scam. I still am unable to resolve this claim with my bank. Can’t call Rental cars.com and can’t email either . They rented me a car to a company that does not take Ga residents drivers liscense . Absolutely ridiculous . This has got to stop . They absolutely do not care . Routes Car rental is who they sent me to and after 3 hours trying to find where car was located because they failed to disclose but when arrived could not pick up due to GA dl. Please please don’t go thru RENTAL CARS.COM YOU WILL BE SCAMMED QND NEVER RECEIVE A REFUND.
