This company is a complete scam. I rented a car through them at Dollar Rental. When I got to the airport there was a 4 hour line at Dollar and people were standing around waiting for cars because they overbooked and ran out of cars. I ended up having to rent from another carrier which cost me 3 times as much. I tried to cancel my reservation but they told me it was too late and that I had to file a claim after the rental expired. They claimed they couldn’t get in touch with Dollar to confirm I never got the car so they told me they are not refunding by money. DO NOT RENT through them. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible customer service, terrible website which doesn’t even work, and once they get your money good luck trying to get a refund if there’s an issue. They really need to be shut down.
