My experience has been terrible with these scammers, I made a car rental reservation, I came to FOX RENTAL TO PICK UP THE CAR, and they didn’t give it to me since the guarantee deposit couldn’t be done with my credit card using apple pay, I had to have the physical credit card.When I call RENTALCARS.COM, to tell them that I need them to solve the problem and to reverse my money since they never told me that I had to bring a physical credit card, they simply told me that my reservation was lost and that if I wanted to to recover it, I should make a new reservation and pay again so that they will return the first one to me.They’re just booby traps and I fell into their trap once.
