This company is a scam! Do not under any circumstances use this booking agent. Car hire company tried to charge me an additional £20 per day on top of the fee I had paid Rental Cars to pay using a debit card (my preferred method of payment) I declined and decided not to hire from this company. I am now unable to get any refund from Rentalcars.com despite never even driving the car. That was a 9 charge and 0 miles driven. Absolute robbery. Cant speak to an advisor other than on live chat, which is broken English and makes little sense. Use a proper company like Enterprise who I had absolutely no issue with.
