I was starting up a new business account and submitted all the required documents. It takes them 1 to 2 days to review and then send a denial with any reason why the application to open an account is denied. And when I call them, they see are not transparent regarding our and, why it is being denied. We had taken a lot of time to research a good modern bank, but this one is not. Other new buyers, beware of the scam they pull when you try to apply for an account. NOT as straightforward and easy as they preach. Their level of customer service is extremely lacking as well. I would take your money go elsewhere.
