I booked a hotel early February for May. The payment $1387.20 was deducted from my account immediately. In March I needed to cancel because of changed circumstances.On the 11th April I had not received my refund and emailed requesting when to expect the refund. I was quoted a ticket number 1142446 for future communication.I have emailed and phoned since and keep being told it will come in in 10-15 days or 2 days. So far I have not received a cent. I feel this is a fraudulent organization.
