Absolute scam! This webpage is nothing but false advertisement. They claim they are a third party that work with hotels. False. They’re scammers that will take your money and not take an liability for mistakes they’ve made.They lied and claimed they had spoken to the hotel regarding my date change and they hadn’t. Leaving me stranded until one of my friends could offer me assistance. They took my money in a heartbeat then claimed they cannot offer any refunds regardless of the situation. Customer service is non existent. They pass you from Pilar to post. Do NOT use this webpage unless you want to simply give them money for no service in return.I will be contacting and reporting this transaction as what it is…FRAUDULENT!
