A year ago I paid this company $299 as a startup fee to receive real estate leads that they claim are coming from social media ads that they run. The startup fee is supposed to be refunded at the first closing for one of these leads. The issue is the leads are ALL FAKE. Bad email addresses, fake phone numbers…..18 IN A ROW AND ALL BOGUS. This has to be illegal. These leads are supposed to be validated but there is no way they are validated……THIS IS A 100% SCAM! They are clearly stealing this information from somewhere and regurgitating it to agents. Also if I was able to actually contact someone on the Lead which was rare, they respond to me they did not fill out any form, questionnaire, or ad online. I would not only like my $299 refunded immediately, I would also like Regentology to be shut down as they are clearly scamming agents. STAY AWAY FROM REGENTOLOGY!
