    Abysmal company. I think they are frauds. I made 2 transactions and without notice they have cancelled them. It’s been over a week and I am still waiting for someone to process my refund. They have generic email stating someone will look into this from the right department but then no answer or reply for days. They are very unprofessional and need staff and training. I don’t know how it can take so long to offer an explanation as to where my money is. Avoid and do not ever use. Go with Transak, moonpay, simplex or any other company no matter the fees.Update 14th feb:It has been another 48 hours where I am emailing but still being told they do not know where my money has gone and what has happened to my refund. How can a company operate like this ? Their exact words are we do not know what happened to your refund and why it wasn’t processed so why can they not process it now , why am I waiting for someone to investigate and get back to me? Still the Worst companyUpdate 3 another 24 hours later:Message from Ramp “ Thank you for your message!I just checked on your case, and it looks like we’re yet to receive an update from the team. I sincerely apologize for the delay! Please keep in mind that I pinged the team on your case and hope to get a reply soon. I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know as soon as I hear from them.”Everyday I am being told to wait for an update on my lost money. For over a week they cannot tell me where my money is and when I will receive my refund. Surely this is a scam
