I was scammed using this app. The customer service poor- no phone number to tell them there was a problem. Over 3 hour wait for online support. The scammer knew I would not be able to do anything in time that’s why they used this company particularly. I was falsely reassured by emails to say my verification had failed and the transaction was rejected and my card was not charged. I thought thank God they have good security. 90 mins later I receive email to say your transaction has gone through!! Poor protection of vulnerable customers. Still waiting for online support. Current wait time is 3 hours. So frustrating
