1st time I used Ramp it was ok. The second time was 9days ago…and I still waiting for the transaction to process. Customer Service chat is very poor and slow. The answers are not helpful – they keep telling me it will take a day or there is a backlog processing transactions- I purchased at one price and I think they holding my cash for their own benefit- it feels like a scam. I would avoid this company.
