We thought we were on an official railway site. Booked our seats for travel in Norway months in advance, when we could see availability of good seats with views. They took the money, sat on it for months until only the seats with restricted view were left. No customer service, just bull***t responses about delays in getting the tickets. We had to buy a second set of tickets from Vy. Some sort of scam. Beware!
