I booked 2 round trip Flåm-Myrdal train tickets from their website and they charged me 288 USD. Right after I placed the order, I felt that something was not right, so I searched on the web and found that the same tickets only cost 125 USD on norwaysbest website. They charged 230% of the actual price! Their ticket prices are much higher than the real prices, and above the already too-expensive ticket prices, they charge extra hefty service fees. To lure customers, they created many disguised websites which look official but the only purpose is to redirect users to their fraudulent website. They also doctored customer reviews to make their image look better. An honest business really shouldn’t do these things. Once I found out that I was scammed, I immediately canceled my order on their website. However, they refused to refund me the 75 USD service fee. Why do they keep the service fee? What service did I get? I almost immediately canceled my order, and I never got the tickets. They charged me the service fee literally for nothing. Please remember, this is absolutely the worst choice to buy your train tickets.
