Terrible Company avoid at all cost. booked Flam railway tickets for a recent cruise May 2023 but had to cancel the holiday due to an unexpected bereavement .they refused a refund and also refused us to swap the tickets for a rearranged date in Sept for the same holiday ….please please please don’t use these scammers.
