Like other reviews over last few days I have fallen victim to Ninjas scam. I went on to the official rail site and bought two tickets,Lisbon to Coimbra,face value 40 euros. After buying them I discovered l paid £62 for those tickets. I then discover that Comboios de Portugal has no official link with Ninja,so I may not have a ticket or reservation! This is really a scam so beware! This company should have no stars . According to the T and C’s any possible refund does not include the service charge about £20 in this case. A scam!!
