This company is a complete scam. I needed to cancel my tickets and so cancelled both legs. Received an email from rail ninja confirming both legs were cancelled. Then they decided to only refund one leg of the trip. Raised it with their support and management including evidence of emails their own system sent me. They dismissed it and refused to refund. Terrible scam please avoid.
