When they assumed I wanted an exchange, they offered to pay for the returns. When I said I wanted a return, they backtracked.5. Throughout this failed returns process, this scam “company” had terrible, rude, and delayed customer service.Think about this logically, why should a buyer LOSE MONEY to pay for this scam “company’s” mistake.They have NO SHAME. Their product was defective and caused pain yet they refuse to pay for shipping to return.
