If I could give a zero I would. Ordered last year, they keep telling me a few weeks … few weeks EVERY time I inquired. No action. They are saying production is challenging… when I asked for escalation LITERALLY a Portabl employee said they didn’t have contact information for management. WHAT?! Wonder if this is a scam at this point. I was so excited for this product, but my experience has turned my opinion inside out. Unbelievable….
