I signed up for prolific more than a year ago and when I supplied all my legit information, their AI marked me as not legit for some reason. Thus I was never able to get any studies or anything. I supplied my information as correctly as I could but just cause their AI said I am fraud I must be fraud? They did some “manual check” on my account and still told me that I cannot use the platform and they cannot verify me for some reason. I was open to working with them solve any issues regarding my identity but they would not budge. The issue is here that they do not tell you whats wrong even, they mask is as “integrity” but its just smokescreen to ban participant or limit participant. I have worked with both Mturk and CloudResearch for many years and they do not implement none of this and I am a very valued participant on those platform. Thanks Prolific.
