Scam website! I placed an order for two pairs of trainers and paid for next day signed delivery by Royal Mail. After a week, the item still hadn’t arrived and I followed up with a personal visit to the Royal Mail depot the items supposedly was at. I was told by Royal Mail that it was at my local depot only to go there and be told there was no item and there is no record of that item anywhere. I emailed them to query and raise a complaint that this was now believed to be a scam and they never sent the trainers and guess what- no response from Prodirect.
